- This is a easy means of entry the form in different Company's offered by various search engines and it requires no extraordinary skills. But one has to follow certain sets of rules and it has to be logical i.e. you can’t afford to ignore the stepwise methods.
- There is no limit of job / assignment. Job is home based. Assignments are not forced. You can work from any computer including cyber café. The jobs offered are copying, pasting, on different classified sites.
- The Company will not be held liable / responsible for any illegal action, claims, losses, damages, costs, charges & expenses for others. We provide Job opportunity only. Every company has some sets of rule and we are no option but we on the following area.
- Minimum age should be above 18 years. The scheme is free for all and there is no upper age limit. Basic knowledge of computer and internet operations is necessary.
- No big degrees or diplomas are required. We prefer computer literate and with basic knowledge of English / Internet. No big degrees or diplomas.
- Registered members will be required to Entry the form on the Internet on behalf of our clients, as per the schedule prescribed and against periodic instructions to be issued by the Company. All entry the forms are to be done manually and individuals are to keep track of the number of posting, sites etc as per the assignment and the details of the entry has to be maintained. No software to be used for entry of subject matter. Executives must work themselves. They cannot employ/ hire individuals to work on their behalf. - All work assigned registered members has to be carried out online. It is advisable to have your own personal Computers at home / access to any computers / Cyber Cafe but it has to be with internet connection. Those who do not have Personal computer at home may work from any Internet café.
- The system of payments is generally on weekly and monthly basis. No fixed amount of monthly stipend / salary is paid by us. Individuals are eligible to receive the pay on a basis based on mutual agreement. The payment is made on the number of entry of the form / assignment completed as per instructions. There is no fixed pay and the payments are based on work done successfully. The amount differs with Schemes, work done etc.
- The payment is done above Rs. 100 through cheque on the name registered. Rs. 10 will be cut from the payment for courier charges of delivering cheque. The payment can be taken weekly or monthly basis.
- In the event of any dispute or difference arising between the candidates (User and Company) here to relating to or arising out of this terms, including the implementation, execution interpretation, rectification, validity, enforceability, termination or rescission thereof , including the rights, obligations or liabilities of the parties (user and company) here to , the same will be adjudicated and determined by arbitration .The Indian arbitration and conciliation act, 1996 or any statutory amendment or re-enactment thereof is force in India, shall govern the reference. Either party shall appoint their respective arbitrator or the arbitrators thus appointed should appoint the third arbitrator who shall function as the presiding arbitrator. The venue of arbitration shall be Ahmedabad, Gujarat state only. The courts in the city of Ahmedabad, Gujarat State shall have exclusive jurisdiction entertain, try and determine the same.
- You cannot transfer your membership to anybody else without prior written permission from management.
- We do not have any refund policy for our Data Entry Packages. Please note that you would not get a refund for the same.
- We have the right to discontinue service, or deny access to anyone who violates our Policies or the terms and conditions shown below without warning or prior notice / information. No refunds of fees paid will be made if account termination is due to violation of the terms outlined below. Privacy is our main concern as our business thrives on privacy.
- By monthly reports are to be mailed on regular basis. Irregularity may lead to Deactivation of Contracts. There is a clear system of reporting and accountability within the organization. Hence reporting is mandatory.
